On the 31st October NST 9:00, World Newah Organization organized a congratulations exchange program on the occasion of new year 1143 NS. On the occasion, members, chapter members, representatives from member organizations, advisors and well-wishers of the organization were invited to join over Zoom to exchange their wishes for the new year. The event hosted by youth ambassador of WNO, Miss Neetu Dangol was attended by 31 individuals. Chair of the event, Mr. Sanyukta Shrestha, President of WNO welcomed everyone to the program at the commencement of the program also playing a short audio-visual of congratulatory messages. All the attendees conveyed their congratulatory messages with also some words on the importance of Nepal Sambat and celebration of the native new year and calendar of Nepal. Additionally, speaker also professed how they celebrated Mha Puja with some of them also raising some key concerns regarding Newah issues as and issues related to celebration of Mha Puja by Newah people globally.
